TBI (Throttle Body Injection) system is far more capable of horsepower than GM ever put into production and is far cheaper and simpler than the other GM injection options.   TBI just got packaged with some poor flowing heads and a really wimpy cam. Check out the Recommended modifications on GOOD TBI MODS .  With all that said, at this point I don't recommend building a motor to exceed 350hp. Primarily by the time you are spending that much money you may be ahead to change injection systems to something better capable to support 350+ HP.

Please view our eBay auctions. Any questions about putting a chip in your car or how to purchase your chip, please email me or call me.  I also take credit card orders over the phone as well.

For the Multiport/TPI/MPFI/LT1/LS1 stuff go to my www.tpichips.com website.

Most commonly asked question that I have is "Why are your chips so much cheaper than the other brands?".  Well to put it best, I have far less overhead than they do.  You see the big ads in the magazines and the fancy building that they have.  Well that costs money, BIG money that I don't have anyway.  They have also all but abandoned the 85-95 stuff that I specialize in.  Try getting one of them to make a custom chip.  Also, I do all the web stuff myself so you won't see an expensive fancy page but just all the info I can cram on here.

Since there is pretty much just me, you will have to bear with me.  I do make every effort to answer ALL emails sent to me but phone calls I am not as apt to return due to costs involved.  I am bad about answering the phone but I am busy.  At some point, I will likely have to hire someone to take the phone calls and that will cause more overhead plus finding one competent to talk chips and engines wouldn't be easy either.  The less overhead I have, the cheaper these chips will remain.

Please check out  this link for information I need before purchasing a chip for your vehicle.

I have found software that works great for datalogging the 93-95 TBI's and and is the preferred software for sending me data from those computer systems.   Software is from TTS Powersystems and you can get it here http://www.ttspowersystems.com/DataMaster_downloads.html

new.gif (945 bytes)Instructions for using TTS Datamaster to get me some data are now on this page. www.tbichips.com/ttsdatamaster.htm

new.gif (945 bytes) If you don't wish to mess trying to get a laptop or getting one to work, I have decided to rent a few to make it easier on both of us.  Trying to troubleshoot customers laptops is worse than trying to troubleshoot their vehicles. Click HERE to check out the laptop page.

See the NEW OBD2 PAGE.  I have expanded my programming services into the OBD2 area which helps pay the bills as there are more of these newer GM OBD2 vehicles still on the road.

ALSO, if you are in need of a custom chip.  You will need a computer datalogger like WINALDL which can record data from your computer that I can look at to make intelligent adjustments to your chip.   This software is amazing and will run on a sub 100mhz laptop with a 175 watt power inverter  to power laptop from cigarette lighter.  Ebay is a good place to get the laptop and Walmart has a decent price on the power inverter(around $30).  Both of these items can be purchased for around $100 and will tell you more about your car than you ever thought about.  Again, I make nothing off of WINALDL.  I am just passing on a tool that I have found VERY useful in diagnosing GM cars.  Check out the WINALDL cable instructions. Also I have found this page for just buying the cable outright. www.aldlcable.com

If any of you have changed the gear ratio in the rearend and now your speedo is inaccurate, this site may help you bring it back into spec. http://www.sallee-chevrolet.com/ChevyTransmissions/4L60_Installation.html or http://www.transmissioncenter.net/speedometer_calibration_______va.htm and to recalibrate the DRAC modules on the 5spds and the 4L60E trucks look here www.tbichips.com/drac
